Two large-capacity three-phase oil-type transformers were successfully dispatched

This month, Zhejiang Shuangfeng Electrical Co., Ltd. successfully delivered two large-capacity three-phase oil-immersed transformers to a key energy project on a regular basis. As the core equipment of the power system, three-phase oil-immersed transformers have strict requirements for material processes and manufacturing accuracy. We use high-quality silicon steel sheets, which have a low unit loss and a low no-load loss of the transformer. Compared with the S7 series products, our S9 series products reduce no-load loss by 10%, load loss by 24%, and no-load current by 46%, thus reducing operating costs by 19%. Improved from the S9 series products, the SIl series products have reduced no-load losses by 30%. The no-load current has decreased by 70-65%. The average temperature has decreased by 10K. The noise level has decreased by 2 to 4 decibels. The service life of the product has doubled, and it can still work for a long time even under a 20% overload. We use high-quality rubber sealing materials, which can prevent transformers from aging or leaking. All raw materials have passed quality tests, and all raw material factories have passed the national standard ISO9000 inspection.
